This Policy explains which cookies and similar storage technologies the MyCollages website uses, and why. By using the site, you agree to this Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Alongside cookies we use your browser’s local storage — it works similarly, but the data stays only on your device.

What we store

• Cookie consent. When you click “Accept” or “Reject” in the banner, we remember your choice so the banner isn’t shown again.
• Interface settings. Your chosen theme (light or dark) is saved locally so the site opens the way you left it.
• Your templates and projects. Layouts you create in the editor are kept in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device.

Analytics and advertising

The international version uses two Google services: Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics) and Google AdSense (ads). Google’s ad script is present on every page, but no analytics run and no ads are requested until you have made a choice:

• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the choice is made in Google’s consent dialog, certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). It keeps your answer in its own cookies on this site (FCCDCF, FCNEC). If you decline, Google may still show limited ads, which use no cookies and no personalization.
• Everywhere else the choice is made in our cookie banner. Until you accept, nothing is measured and no ads are requested.

Once you consent, these services set their own cookies — on this site, for example, _ga and _ga_* (analytics) and __gads, __gpi and __eoi (ads), plus cookies on Google’s own domains — and process technical data under Google’s privacy policies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use these cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites; how Google uses that information is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

How to opt out

You can decline in the banner or in Google’s dialog, and change or withdraw your choice at any time with the button below: the banner or Google’s dialog appears again, analytics and personalized ads stop straight away, and the cookies they set on this site are deleted. They don’t start again until you accept. The same button is in the editor’s help, next to this Policy.

Change cookie settings

To turn off ad personalization across sites, use Google’s Ads Settings, www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings or block them. This won’t affect the core editor, but some settings will need to be set again.
