• All image processing happens in your browser: the Service does not upload to a server, store, or view your photos, templates or projects.
• You are solely responsible for having the rights to use the images and other materials you upload.
• You agree not to use the Service to create materials that violate the law or the rights of third parties.

Data and privacy

How data is handled is described in the “Personal Data Policy” and the “Cookie Policy”. By using the Service, you agree to their terms.

Advertising

The Service may contain advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. The Service is not responsible for the content of third-party advertising.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for any possible data loss. Since all data is stored in your browser, we recommend saving your projects to a file so you don’t lose your work.

Intellectual property

The design, source code, built-in templates, stickers and other materials of the Service belong to its rights holder and are protected by law.
