We usually reply within one or two business days. If you hear nothing for more than three days, the message most likely never arrived — please send it again.

What people write about

• The editor didn’t behave as expected. Tell us what you did and what happened, and please name your browser and device — almost every bug only reproduces in a particular combination. A screenshot helps a lot.
• A template, frame or sticker is missing. Describe the occasion you need it for; we keep a wishlist and grow the catalogue from it.
• Questions about personal data. The service does not store your photos — everything is processed locally in your browser. What we do collect, and how to withdraw consent, is set out in the Personal Data Policy and the Cookie Policy.
• Partnerships and advertising. Same address, with the topic in the subject line.
